MMA in Ingolstadt.
Mixed Martial Arts connects standing, clinch and ground work. At HD Boxing in Ingolstadt, MMA brings together boxing, Muay Thai, wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for beginners and experienced athletes.

What do you learn in MMA?
MMA treats different distances as parts of one sport: striking while standing, control in the clinch, transitions and positions on the ground. The aim is to connect them rather than learn isolated techniques without context. If you prefer to begin with one area, boxing or kickboxing focus on standing skills, while BJJ and grappling focus more on ground work.
Can a beginner start MMA?
Yes, the HD Boxing offer includes beginners as well as experienced athletes. Tell us about previous training and the areas you want to explore before your first appointment. You do not need a competition plan. We will discuss the appropriate starting point, required equipment and the session’s coaching language with you.
MMA and grappling share a timetable entry
The published class is called MMA · Grappling. This is one combined entry, not two additional sessions. The BJJ and grappling page also shows the separately listed Grappling session.
